Logging in on Android and iOS
When you first open the slot jaya app on Android or access our mobile browser on iOS, you will enter your username and password. We encrypt this data in transit, so your credentials are never exposed on public networks. If you are using a shared device, we recommend logging out after each session and enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings.
On Android, the app stores your session token locally until you manually log out or your session expires. On iOS browsers, we do not store tokens on the device; instead, we manage your session through secure cookies. Both approaches protect you from unauthorized access, though we suggest never choosing "remember me" on shared or public devices.
Two-Factor Authentication and Security
We offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA) through your registered mobile number. When you enable 2FA in Account Settings, we send a one-time code via SMS after you log in. This extra layer means that even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without your phone.
To activate 2FA on slot jaya, navigate to Security → Two-Factor Authentication, enter your phone number, and confirm the verification code we send. We recommend enabling 2FA if you plan to keep account funds on the platform or if you connect payment methods like BCA Virtual Account or e-wallet.
Push Notifications and Preferences
On the Android app, you can toggle push notifications in Account Settings → Notifications. We send alerts about account activity—such as login from new devices, withdrawal requests, and promotional updates—only if you opt in. Disabling notifications does not affect your gaming or account safety; it simply means you will not receive mobile alerts.
On iOS, notification permissions are managed through your device settings (Settings → Notifications → slot jaya). Once you grant permission, you can fine-tune which types of messages reach you: live-game updates, payment confirmations, and seasonal event reminders.
We also allow you to set quiet hours. For example, if you play during evening Liga 1 matches but prefer not to be disturbed late at night, set your notification window to end at 11 PM. This ensures you stay informed without disruption.
Manage alert frequency
Our notification system respects your preferences. You control which events trigger alerts and when you receive them. Game invitations, withdrawal confirmations, and payment method updates are all toggleable.
We never send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent. Any promotional messages from slot jaya follow your communication preferences, and you can unsubscribe at any time through Account Settings → Email Preferences.
Linking Payment Methods
To deposit or withdraw on slot jaya, you must link at least one payment method. We support all major Indonesian options: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and bank transfers via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment. Each method is stored securely in your Account Settings → Payment Methods.
When you add a payment method, we verify it through a micro-deposit or app-based confirmation. For bank transfers, we may ask you to send a small amount (less than our welcome offer) and confirm receipt within your account. This verification step prevents fraud and ensures we can reach you if we need to confirm a large withdrawal.

Use for deposits and withdrawalsStep 3
Once verified, your payment method is ready. We store it for future use, and you can manage it or remove it anytime.
You can link multiple payment methods to slot jaya, so you have options during deposit or withdrawal. If you unlink a method, we retain no record of it; your next use will require fresh verification.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
We are required to verify your identity before you can withdraw funds. This process, called Know Your Customer (KYC), protects both you and our platform from fraud. During your first significant withdrawal request—or if you reach certain account thresholds—we will ask for a copy of your ID.
Accepted documents include your Indonesian national ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license. You can upload these through Account Settings → Verification Documents. We use encrypted channels and do not share your documents with third parties. Our verification team reviews submissions within a few hours during business days.
If your verification is declined, we provide detailed feedback. Common reasons include image quality, missing information, or document expiry. You can resubmit corrected documents immediately; there is no limit to resubmissions on slot jaya.
Data Usage and Mobile Optimization
Playing live games and watching football streams on mobile consumes data. If you are on a limited plan, we recommend connecting to WiFi before starting long sessions. Our live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) stream in HD by default but allow you to reduce video quality in Account Settings → Video Quality.
You can also enable low-data mode, which compresses images and delays push notifications slightly. This mode is useful if you are traveling or using a slower mobile network in Medan or other regions with variable connectivity.
Monitoring Account Activity
We keep a complete log of your login history, deposits, withdrawals, and game sessions. You can view this at any time in Account Settings → Activity Log. The log shows the device type (Android / iOS), IP address, and approximate location of each login attempt.
If you notice an unfamiliar login, we recommend changing your password immediately and enabling 2FA if you have not already. You can also end all other sessions at once through Account Settings → Active Sessions, forcing anyone logged in on another device to sign out.
During holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, when account activity may spike, we monitor for unusual patterns. If we detect a login from an unexpected location or device, we may send you a notification and temporarily restrict withdrawal until you confirm the activity.
Withdrawal Review and Processing
When you request a withdrawal on slot jaya, your funds enter a review window. We check that your account is verified, that your payment method matches your registered details, and that your balance is accurate. This window typically takes a few hours on business days, though it may extend during holidays or if additional verification is required.
You can track your withdrawal status in Account Settings → Transactions → Pending Withdrawals. Once approved, your funds move to your payment provider (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, etc.), which then processes the transfer to your bank or wallet. The final step is handled by your provider and may take an additional few hours.
We never process withdrawals during certain maintenance windows. If you request a withdrawal late on a Friday before a weekend, expect the review to begin on Monday. Plan accordingly, especially if you need funds for Liga 1 weekend matches or Piala AFF tournaments.
If your withdrawal is declined, we provide a reason: unverified account, mismatched payment method, duplicate transaction, or suspected fraudulent activity. You can resubmit once you have resolved the issue.
Password Reset and Account Recovery
If you forget your slot jaya password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We send a reset link to your registered email. Click the link and create a new password. The reset link expires after one hour for security.
If you do not have access to your email, contact our support team. We will ask you to verify your identity using your registered phone number or a recent transaction. This process ensures that only the true account owner can regain access.
We recommend using a strong, unique password on slot jaya—at least 12 characters, mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other services. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately and review your recent account activity.
